Sharon L. Green (Ph.D. (Psychology) University of California, Berkley; B.A. (Psychology with a Biology Minor) University of New Mexico) is a Faculty Research Associate in the HIRE Center and an Associate Professor of Management and Finance at California State University, Hayward. She has held a visiting faculty position at our sister university in Hong Kong and has provided Executive education to visiting Russian, Chinese, and Uzbekistan managers. Her expertise in organizational assessment and change, and development and implementation of human resource management systems has lead to a position as President of the Board of Directors of the Family Violence Law Center (a local nonprofit), consultancies with for-profit firms including Wells Fargo, Abacus, and Pasqua, and publications in leading business journals including The Industrial Organizational Psychologist. She serves as the faculty advisor to the Human Resource Management Council at CSUH. Her versatility and popularity as an instructor has created a wide repertoire of regularly taught courses including, Human Resource Management, High Performance Management, Theories of Management, Organizational Behavior, Training and Development, and Business Ethics. Her interests outside of work include primary education and community development.
